I have been counselling individuals and couples for Relationships Australia and in private practice since 2004. I offer face-to-face sessions in both Richmond and Hazelbrook NSW and also offer ONLINE sessions.

I have personally experienced many of the life challenges faced by my clients; these experiences and my professional knowledge and skills combine to help me to provide a warm, thoughtful and interactive approach to working with my clients. Whether you're facing communication issues, power struggles, emotional distancing, step family adjustments, reactive patterns or breakdowns in intimacy and trust, I'm here to support you.

My aim is to work with you to help you gain a better understanding of your situation, decide on any changes you need to make and help and support you with the changes.

I offer face-to-face sessions in Richmond and Hazelbrook, NSW, and online sessions via Zoom, giving you the flexibility to access support at a time and place that suits your circumstances.
